Refund and Returns Policy

Not Satisfied with Your Purchase?

We want you to be happy with your Hyperice purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your product for a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Important:

  • This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from /.
  • We cannot accept returns for Hyperice products purchased from other retailers. Please refer to their return policy.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs.

How to Return Your Product:

  1. Contact HyperCare®: If you can’t find your order number, reach out to our HyperCare® team before sending your product back. They’ll be happy to help you locate it.
  2. Pack it Up: Carefully repack your product in the original vendor packaging with all tags attached. Ensure it’s in the same condition you received it.
  3. Ship it Back: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

What We Can’t Accept:

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage.
  • Individual items from promotional kits or bundles (you must return the entire kit/bundle).
  • Returns received outside the 30-day window.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, a refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with details to the email address associated with your order.

  • A business day refers to the typical hours when regular business operations occur (Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, excluding holidays).
